Clean Up Corfe – Friday Litter Picks

Hello fellow litter pickers in Corfe,
I hope you had a lovely summer, and are enjoying the lovely autumn colours.
Unfortunately I am working most weekends in Gloucester for the next few months, so have to reschedule our litter picks from Saturdays to another day.
So our next litter pick will be this Friday 6th October.
In a change to our meet up usual arrangements, we’re going to meet at 9am at the southern end of the village, on the grassed area at the junction between the roads to Swanage and Kingston. We will then litter pick East Street and the roads off for an hour / an hour and a half, so will probably pick to about half way to the village.
Then next month we will complete East Street, before returning to our normal litter pick starting in The Square. Once my working dates are firmed up, I’ll confirm the date and meeting place for our November and December litter picks.
As usual this Friday, hi-vi vests, bags and litter pickers will be provided, but a pair of gloves to protect your hands would be useful!
