TALKING RUBBISH IN SWANAGE – Swanage Landers & Beach Buddies. 

We pick up litter! ⚠️  And certainly for Landers, March is the best time of year for removing rubbish! Do you know of a location in Swanage where lots of litter is currently exposed?  If so please let me know at: swanagelanders@herstoncross.co.uk 

Our next Swanage Landers meet will be on Sat 26 Feb (tomorrow).  0915hrs please, for a 0930hrs start.  Meet at the entrance to Main Beach Car Park, Victoria Avenue. Swanage.  BH19 1PW.  This session is planned to continue until 1130hrs. (With Frank Roberts)

The Landers usually meet on the 4th Saturday of each month; so next sessions will be Sat 26th March, and Sat 23rd Apr (St George’s Day)

On Thu 10 March at 1400hrs there will be a combined Swanage Landers & Swanage Beach Buddies meet. Main Car Park, Victoria  Avenue. Swanage.  BH19 1PW. (With Frank Roberts, together with Dave & Sally Pratten)

These combined sessions meet for nightly at 1400hrs probably until Easter; so on Thu 10 Mar, 24 Mar & 07 Apr. 

During March you will see small focused  teams from Litter Free Purbeck and Swanage Army Link undertaking annual litter initiatives and projects; and supporting other local groups too.
