Ruth Carpenter, one of our supporters, discovered this discarded can, half full of beer, on a National Nature Reserve. It became the drowning pool of this many insects: 2 Devil’s Coach Horses, 6 Ground Beetles, 3 Violet Ground Beetles, 3 wasps, 1 ant, 2 Earwigs, and 1 Robber Fly ☹️
